Finding time every day to spend in meditation helps you to relax, remain grounded and better able to cope with stress and anxiety.
I offer one-to-one sessions, in person and online, to help you start meditating, looking at posture, your breath and how to let your mind release you. Finding that still point within allows you to let go and heal.
